• No more surprises. We’ll provide our best estimate of the repair costs upfront, at the time you leave your item with us. If the cost to repair exceeds our estimate, we’ll contact you for approval before proceeding with the work. You remain in control and can rest assured that no costly repairs will take place unless you have approved them first.
